Runström and his Penalty kicks.

Hallo Red Devils !

Saw that the Runström penalty in last game has been considered both as a cool one and as a poor one. In my personal opinion all penalties that results are good ones. But the important thing that I wanted to inform you about is that Runström always seem to take a last look at the keeper just before kicking the ball. If the keeper is in the air on his way to one pole it seems the Runstrom doesnt take any risk to over-do it - he just places the ball in the middle. He has done it before so in my opinon it was a cool penalty execution against Osnabruck.







Look at the link from the final game in the Italian junior championship Bologna-Roma (1-1 after full time with Runström scoring 1-0 and his cool execution of the decisive penalty after the suppl. times). The penalty is more a less a copy of the one he kicked on sunday.

Hello, and nice to have you here, StockholmViking, i think it's good to hear more about Runström, did you have other informations about him, which we didn't have here, and it looked good to me, that his old fans are intressted in all what he is doing in his career. Sorry about my bad english.

you are absolutely right about the " last look". he was cool as ice, and by the way , YOU NEED SOME BIG BOLLOCKS TO GO UP THERE IN OUR SITUATION AND SCORE A PENALTY, however you score it anyway...

but thanx for your info & concerns , i can guarantee you björn is well respected by us and an integral part of the team.
